MOM is an international group made up of iconic and innovative brands.
Since the creation of the MOM group, when the Materne and Mont Blanc brands were acquired, the group has doubled in size every 5 years. In the past 5 years, we’ve increased our turnover by 98% and our EBIDTA by 78%.
It’s thanks to our collaborators that we’ve been able to pursue such great growth and go international.
From 2010 to 2015, the number of our team members grew by 98%.

- Creation of the MOM Academy to train our collaborators in nutrition, management, purchasing, and more
- Skills sharing programs or our operators in Traverse City, USA and Boué, France
- International opportunities such as Supply Chain and IT Director and in the USA or USA R&D Packaging Manager
- Sharing among our teams to grow together: National sales meetings in France or the US, a collaborative information tool called Easyshare, and shared project methodology
- Creation of several internal and external positions (ex.: 107 positions created in France in 2015)
